Report of Birth Application to be only completed by the owner of the dam at the time of calving.  If you did not own the dam when the calf was born and you would like to register the calf with the IMZA please contact the owner of the dam and have them complete this form and pay the appropriate fee.  Or you may hardship the calf when it turns 2 years of age.
